CHALLENGE:Our client, a medical practice in New Jersey, approached us after purchasing multiple facilities, each individually branded with the previous practitioners’ names. All 12 locations brought along a poor reputation. Our goal was to create a brand that projected confidence in the new, excellent management that Complete Care would provide.

OUTCOME:We branded Complete Care with a new identity, with sales material, signage and promotions conveying care and medical professionalism. Complete Care went on to purchase many more facilities, and was recently upgraded to a four-star facility.
